المؤهلات المطلوبة:

– يشترط ان يمتلك المتقدم للوظيفة خبرة من سنة أو سنتين في إدارة منشئي المحتوى مع المنصات / الوكالات.
– يجب ان يتمتع المتقدم للمنصب الشاغر بفهم صناعة النظام البيئي المحتوى المحلي والثقافة الشعبية ؛ شغوف بالمحتوى و TikTok كمنصة.
– يجب ان يتمتع المتقدم للمنصب الشاغر بمهارات قوية في إدارة الحسابات وإدارة الوقت.
– يشترط ان يتقن اللغة الانجليزية
– يشترط ان يتقن اللغة العربية
– يجب ان يكون المتقجم للمنصب الشاغر قادرا على تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والخطط وفق التخطيط الإداري.
– مهارات اتصال ممتازة. جيد في التفاوض والعرض وحل المشكلات.

About the team:
We have an amazing team in Dubai. More specifically, the TikTok Middle East Operations Team focuses on guiding and accelerating the formation of the sustainable content eco-system, connecting all the XFN teams together from MKT, Commercial to Data, Product team and so on to support all our business goals and manage the relationship with our core users & partners.

Job Description
– Build strong relationships with entertainment partners (Creators) within the industry and bring them to TikTok.
– Responsible for supporting content partners from various platform perspectives including training, content creation and account guidance.
– Responsible for monitoring partners’ accounts and in-app performance.
– Work with a regional strategist and related teams to build a proper plan to support the growth of partner accounts, and increase the overall growth of the entertainment vertical within the whole content ecosystem.
– Collaborate with various cross functions to initiate in-app campaigns, including strategy planning and executing the plan with related data analysis.
– Work with the team to organize events / offline meet-ups and build content showcases.

Qualifications

– At least 1-2 years of experience in creator management with platforms/agencies.
– Understanding of the local content partner ecosystem industry, and pop culture; passionate about content and TikTok as a platform.
– Strong account management & time management skills.
– Fluent in English & Arabic.
– Ability to take ownership of the whole partner and creator acquisition chain(pitching, acquisition, retention, partnership).
– Ability to execute strategies and plans according to management planning.
– Excellent communication skills; good at negotiation, presentation and problem-solving.
